Marlee Constructions Pty Ltd was established in 2001 as a Moranbah based Construction Company that services the communities throughout the Isaac Shire as part of its normal operations. Marlee Constructions managing director, Lee Booth, is a highly experienced and capable licenced builder with 25 years of experience.

Our Company has team of highly skilled supervisors, tradesmen and administrators that together with, efficient and effectiveness, Quality Assurance and Safety systems provide consistently high levels of quality workmanship to residents, businesses and government agencies in our community.

Our Company has a business management system which facilitates continuous improvement of the company by stimulating efficiency, increasing competitive advantage and meeting customer needs. The system covers the areas of quality, safety, environment, training and continual improvement so you can be sure we will do our best to help you wherever we can.

Our company covers every aspect of commercial and residential, building and maintenance, from easing a tricky door to a new home build. Our work is warranted by QBCC insurance where required.

Our company plays an active role in the community by its sponsorship and support of various charitable events and programs in the local community ranging from financial support to providing help with the logistics and setting up of equipment for functions and community events.

QBCC (Qld Building & Construction Commission) – Carpentry, joinery, builder low rise and residential building inspections
Electrical Safety Office -Electrical contractor licence
Department of Environment and Heritage Protection – Class ‘B’ Asbestos removal and certified to transport
Demolition licenced
Waterproofing licenced
