Marlee Building Inspections get your report back to you on the day of inspection. Along with your written report MBI will also send you digital photography of what we have found during the inspection.
That's right! Your written report and photos are compiled and emailed to you on the day of your inspection.

MBI Offer Guided Building Inspections
- Not only does Marlee Building Inspections allow you to join us at the inspection - we encourage it!
- If you do join us at the time of inspection we will explain our observations to you as we go.
- This 'Guided Inspection' is provided as a bonus to you. It is provided at no extra cost to your comprehensive written report you will also receive.
- This 'Guided' option is available across the range of MBI Building Inspections
 
 
MBI is a Mackay Building Inspection Service providing all building inspection services to Moranbah, Dysart, Clermont, Middlemount & Coppabella.
Building Inspections beyond these areas may incur some travel costs.
